Positive: I liked the decor the old features that are kept also . I also liked the rain shower and the pool

Negative: I didn’t like the bath as it had to much wear and tear as silicone was peeled off and stains I also didn’t like the hot water wasn’t hot enough although I did not mention it to staff I didn’t like that the jacuzzi is not on without them informing you at time of booking no music is played near pool unless it’s summer and no servers downstairs like it use to be so good when it was downstairs you end up waiting ages to be served I didn’t like that there was no tea or coffee in room I managed to get kettle from a cleaner but was told u don’t usually get that I didn’t get bottled water daily in room which I’m sure I was suppose to get only furst day got one I didn’t like that there was no iron in whole hotel unless I paid fir it to be dry cleaned i was told which is not on fit a 4 star hotel that you pay a lot of money to stay I also didn’t like that there was no safe in my room. Also didn’t like there was no ear buds cotton balls things you would expect from a 4 star hotel Zaki use to be amazing for all of that and im not sure if it’s because it was nit peak time and they were renovating I also didn’t like that you can’t add breakfast to room at time of booking no more which is very strange given the price but I hold out hood it will be great once again staff were amazing though one last thing sofas outside are dirty and bathroom near rundown not sure if it’s people usin nightclub destroying the elegance of the hotel but it use to be so clean this is just an honest review I would stay again if these changes or some are made as the staff reason y are great
